About Us

Stevens Roofing Corporation is a 60+ year old family owned business. We are a full service roofing company doing everything from cleaning gutters and repairing leaks to installing large steep and flat roofs. We have been called on to install or repair roofs as far away as Colorado and Pennsylvania , but today we concentrate our efforts in the Tidewater, Virginia area and specialize in premium roofing systems such as slate, tile, wood and metal.

Karl Stevens, Jr., President of Stevens Roofing Corporation received a bachelors degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University and has been involved in roofing for over 55 years. He is a past president of the Virginia Association of Roofing Contractors (VARC). Tom Jones, Vice President, has been involved in roofing and construction for over 40 years including being a construction superintendent, being a sales representative for a roofing supply company, and owning his own roofing business.

We are constantly called on by architects and other roofers to share our knowledge and recommendations and are happy to do the same with you if you give us a call.

Stevens Roofing Corporation does no advertising and relies on our satisfied customers to call us again when the need arises, and to pass our name on to friends. We are often working for three generations of the same family.

Roofing has become a very technical profession and in the future Stevens Roofing Corporation is determined to provide whatever training is necessary to ensure our work force is capable of maintaining our reputation for quality work. We want to earn your trust and confidence so we can continue to earn your business.
